Customers acknowledge and agree to use the Facility at their own risk. That taking part in the activity may through no fault of the Provider result in injury, permanent incapacity, or death. Provider shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by the Customers while using the Facility except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct by the Provider and that the total damages for injury, property damage and loss is limited to the price paid for the booking.

Customer further agrees to indemnify and hold the Provider harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the Customer’s use of the Facility or any violation of this Agreement.

Padel tennis is an energetic game and if at any time The Customer feels unwell in any sense they must cease play and seek proper medical assistance. Furthermore, play involves fast-moving bodies and projectiles and customer accepts the risks and warrant they are healthy and will wear appropriate sports clothing and protective gear such as protective padding and eyewear to minimise the possibility of injury and accepts that failure to do so will be entirely at their risk and that they indemnify the Provider against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from “The Customer’s participation and use of the facility.
